MANATEE COUNTY – Manatee County Area Transit will offer free fixed route bus service on Election Day. The offer includes the MCAT Route 99 buses that travel into Sarasota County.
Handy Bus clients can ride free if traveling to or from a designated polling location on Tuesday by presenting a valid Voter Identification Card.
Manatee County Commissioners approved free Election Day bus rides to encourage area voters to participate in the electoral process.
