Palmetto, Florida - Denise Ann (Badgley) Perry, age 59, resident of Palmetto, FL passed away peacefully on October 20th 2023.
Born on July 30th 1964 in Flint, MI she graduated from Southwestern Community High School in 1983. She earned post graduate degrees in cosmetology, nursing, and dentistry. Her free time was spent enjoying music, thrift shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. As the youngest of 4 siblings, mother of 2 and grandmother to 6, she created a lifetime of cherished memories and stories to share.
She was generous, full of love and quick to provide a helping hand. Her bright and caring spirit will be truly missed. Survived by her daughters Tiffany Boggs of Dothan, AL and Rebecca (Matthew) Redmond of Palmetto, FL. Daughter to beloved mother Jeannine (Barth) Woodruff,; sister to Arthur (Venner) Badgley, and Jeffrey (Kimberly) Badgley. Denise was preceded in death by sister Katrina "Tina" Kern. Denise is the loving nana to Scott, Desmin, Juliana, Aubree, Emberlee, and Kane; cherished nieces, nephews, and her significant other Ricky Perry; and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 4th, 2023 at 10am at Skyway Memorial Gardens (Mauso Chapel) 5200 US Highway 19 Palmetto, FL 34221. Online condolences at www.skywaymemorial.com.
