Dallas, Texas - Phillip E. Harper, former Bradenton resident, passed away December 23, 2023, after a long illness.
He worked at Freedom Village as the Director of the Inn and Alzheimer's unit. He was praised for initiating a work program for Manatee County handicapped students.
He leaves his wife, Pat, of 57 years. Also, his son, Michael (Kimberly) Harper of Arizona and his daughter Jennifer (Brandon) of Texas. Phill had 4 grandchildren Hannah and Sarah Harper; Beatrice and Benejamin Emanuel.
A small Celebration of Life service will be held in Dallas, Texas in early April.
