Kevin-Kyle Kaczynski-Von Oswald XVII is back with episode seven of The Real KVO, a cartoon lampooning the Manatee County Commission and, specifically, Commissioner Kevin Van Ostenbridge. The Bradenton Times podcast even makes a cameo appearance. The anonymously-produced cartoon series, which also has a website, features impressive production value and takes on many of the real-world issues that have been frustrating many Manatee County residents.
