Victoria Ginty Comes to Motorworks

Posted
BRADENTON – Apollo Beach favorites Victoria Ginty and Ladyhawke will return to Manatee County on Friday for their first show at Motorworks Brewing. The band has signed on to play the big beer garden for three shows over the next 10 weeks.

With a style that fuses swampy Blues, R&B, Soul, and Americana, Victoria and her Ladyhawke band perform both originals and covers. As a signed recording artist with BMG before the contraction of the recording industry, Victoria had a number #1 record on worldwide charts for thirteen weeks and was nominated for "Singer Songwriter of the Year" and "Video of the Year" by the Academy of Independent Recording Artists.

In 2015, Ginty formed the band with Ladyhawke, and they have quickly built a loyal following on the south shore and are excited to return to Manatee County where they've played the Manatee Festival of the Arts and Aces Live.

Their debut CD Live at the Firehouse was released last year, and they just recorded their first studio album at GCR Studios in Buffalo, Unfinished Business, which will be released in the coming months. The band will return to Motorworks Friday, March 2 and again, Friday, April 20. All shows are free and scheduled for 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
