Marjorie Kirshen Ross, 73, from Bradenton, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
It is with great sadness that we formally announce her passing.Marjorie was born on April 7, 1949.
She was in Hospice after suffering from Congestive Heart Failure, AfIB, and COPD (Don't smoke!) for many years. Her heart and her lungs just couldn't keep battling each other any longer.
Over the weekend, she was visited by those close to and who loved her. She passed while listening to her daughter singing along with "Leaving on a Jet Plane" by Peter, Paul and Mary, her favorite song. In addition to her daughter, Dawn "Nicki", she was surrounded by one of her longest and closest friends Sandy Servis, her granddaughter Kristin, her pseudo-granddaughter Elana Michelle Wunderly.
Margie is survived by her loving children; Aaron and Dawn "Nicki", her significant other; Rick, 4 grandchildren, and many friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kind messages, phone calls and all of their prayers. Please take comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering and she is surrounded in heaven by all the people and animals that she loves and has lost along the way. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
The family will plan a celebration of life in the near future.
