Posted

Ava Diamond, a licensed clinical social worker associated with MindSpa, will present a three-day retreat for physicians and other healthcare professionals at MindSpa June 10-12. The intensive retreat is based on two teaching and coaching models known as Rest and Reignite. Ava has taught the Rest Program at the Yale University School of Medicine. The Reignite Program, developed by noted trainer Clark Gaither, is offered nationwide to physician groups and healthcare organizations. Please RSVP at 941-378-9959.

”The retreat will provide practical ideas and rejuvenation to support physicians and other healthcare professionals coping with high pressure responsibilities and lifestyles,“ explained Ava. ”It includes workshops and private one-on-one coaching as well as the use of the MindSpa floatation tank, far infrared sauna and a therapeutic massage treatment.“

Two education tracks are available. The Prevention Track features six small-group experiential education workshops plus stress-reducing services available at MindSpa. The Intervention Track presents the six small-group education workshops, stress-reducing services, and private coaching over the three-day retreat. The private coaching option is particularly helpful for clinicians dealing with depression, addiction and other conditions. Learn more at AvaDiamondLCSW.com and ClarkGaither.com.
