10th Annual Pork Butt and Blues Festival This Saturday in Ellenton

The Pork Butt & Blues Festival is nearly here and ready to serve up raucous live blues music on Saturday, April 2 in Ellenton at local VFW Post 9226.

The festival's 10th annual event will feature blues standouts Doug Deming and the Jewel Tones; sultry Australian-born blues singer and bassist, Anni Piper; R&B-based rock & roll local favorite Koko Ray & the Keepers, and the Suncoast Veterans Blues Band.

Proceeds from the festival are set to benefit the Manatee Veterans Village in Bradenton. Tickets are $10. The event will take place at 3511 12th Street East in Ellenton. To purchase tickets in advance and for more information, click here.
