AARP Tax-Aide sites in Manatee County provide free tax preparation for low and moderate-income taxpayers. All taxes are prepared by IRS-certified volunteer tax preparers and filed electronically when possible. You do not have to be an AARP member or a senior citizen to use Tax-Aide services. Manatee County sites will be open from Feb 3, 2025, to Apr 15, 2025.
Priority for tax preparation service will be given to those who make appointments. Walk-ins may not be served depending upon availability of a volunteer tax preparer. To schedule an appointment, go online to www.AARP.org/findtaxhelp. In addition, librarians at Manatee County libraries are available to help you make an appointment.
