BRADENTON — Australian blues icon Anni Piper is back from the land down under and on tour once again in the Sunshine State. The Saucy Aussie will bring her act back to Aces Lounge on Thursday, November 20 for a free show, slated for 8 p.m.

Piper blends deep, sexy vocals with a high-energy, bass-playing style that makes for a one-of-a-kind sound all blues fans are sure to enjoy. She last played Ace's in January before returning to Australia to tour and work on new material.
The beautiful songstress has been a crossover star in her native country since her 2004 debut Jailbait, which earned her Best New Talent at the 2005 Australian Blues Music Awards.
2013 brought Piper continued success, as she took Best Blues Album at the Canberra Roots & Blues Awards for her collaborative effort with Nicole Hart on the critically-lauded Split Second (Blues Leaf Records).
Piper was also nominated in the Female Vocalist Of The Year category for the 2014 Australian Blues Music Awards.
