RESOLUTION NO. 11 – 23             PUBLIC HEARING

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE INTENT OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA TO ISSUE AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $4,000,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOANING FUNDS TO MANATEE COUNTY FAMILY YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR THE FINANCING AND REFINANCING OF THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF SOCIAL SERVICE CENTER FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AND IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING CERTAIN OTHER DETAILS WITH RESPECT THERETO.

AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA (CLIENT) AND COMPLUS DATA INNOVATIONS, INC. (COMPLUS) DATED: APRIL 12, 2011 

MOTION TO APPROVE the Agreement by and between the City of Bradenton, Florida (Client) and Complus Data Innovations, Inc. (Complus) dated April 12, 2011 with the recommendation made by Bill Lisch in Article 14 to strike through "Agreement will automatically renew for a one-year period upon the same terms and conditions. If either the CLIENT or COMPLUS  does not wish for any such renewal, it must notify the other party in writing of its intention not to renew no later than ninety(90) days prior to any such anniversary date, in which case this Agreement shall terminate on such anniversary date.
