Buchanan presents new Web site

Vern Buchanan wants you to stop in for a virtual visit.

The area's congressman hopes his new Web site will make it easier for people to stay in touch and find out what is going on in Congress.

"My new and improved Web site will provide you with quicker access to information on legislation, votes, and other issues Congress is working on, as well as videos and photos that I hope you will find interesting and useful," Buchanan said.

There are links for Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, as well as additional ways to stay connected. On the site, people can also sign up for Buchanan’s e-newsletters and answer his weekly insta-poll on timely issues before Congress.

"My highest priority is to listen to you and be your voice in Washington, so please check the site and stay in touch with me," Buchanan said. "The more I hear from you, the better I can represent you in Washington."
