Charter School Withdraws Application Prior to School Board Meeting

BRADENTON — Team Success has withdrawn their charter school application, which had been scheduled on the agenda of tonight's school board meeting. The title 1 charter school still plans on applying to be a district charter, but wanted more time to prepare their application.

Team success has retained an outside consultant to assist in the application process but decided it was not ready and wanted to to prepare a more comprehensive application, according to Staff Attorney Mitchell Teitelbaum who had worked with Manatee Schools Director Of District Support Linda Guilfoyle and her team.

It is anticipated that the school will submit an application in the near future.
