City Council to hold special meeting Wednesday

BRADENTON – The Christmas vacation period is a slow time, but the Bradenton City Council has to hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

City public information officer Tim McCann said Monday that Bradenton Riverfront Partners and ArtCenter Manatee have reached an agreement, and the City Council has to discuss it. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 101 Old Main St., Bradenton, in the City Council chambers.

Bradenton Riverfront Partners is the developer of Promenade at Riverwalk.

The meeting is open to the public, McCann said.
