City of Bradenton CAPER Info Available for Public Scrutiny Prior to Dec. 17 Adoption Meeting

BRADENTON — The City’s Consolidated An­nual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant Program year of Oct. 1, 2013, through Sept. 30, 2014, will be available during regular business hours from Dec. 15-31 at City Hall, 101 Old Main St., and the Central Library, 1301 Barcarrota Blvd.

The City Council is expected to adopt the CAPER at its Dec. 17 meeting, which is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.

The CAPER report provides annual information on program accomplishments related to: maintaining housing stability; preventing homelessness; and improving access to care and support for HOPWA formula grantees.

The CAPER and any public comments received will be submitted to the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Devel­opment by Dec. 31.
