Compete to Clean the Beach!

MANATEE COUNTY — The 7th Annual Reef & Beach competitive trash collecting event is set for Sep. 16 and 17. A total of over $5,000 in cash will be paid out to the winners of multiple categories.

Gather your friends, family, co-workers, and school groups, and come out to do good for the environment and the community.

Prize categories include most trash, most recyclables, most metals, most and largest tire and most shoes. For the water-based competitors, there will be categories for the most nets, rope, and tackle, and a division just for scuba divers, most anchors.

Register online here. On-site registrations are accepted, but it is encouraged and prefered that you register online in advance so that organizers can be sure they have enough food and supplies on hand.
