Election 2012 Bennett Wins Supervisor of Elections Primary

BRADENTON – Despite a crowded field of qualified candidates and a controversial legislative history regarding election law, term-limited Florida Senator Mike Bennett's enormous fundraising advantage proved too much for his opponents to overcome. Bennett walked away with the Manatee Supervisor of Elections Republican nomination by nearly 8 points over 2nd place Ed Bailey.
