BRADENTON - Two separate lawsuits against the Manatee School Board may come to an end at Tuesday's board meeting, which is slated to include a vote by board members on whether to approve a settlement for each.
The first settlement approval on Tuesday's agenda is for a lawsuit filed by Stephen Gulash, for what he alleged as retaliation under Title IX and a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
"If the board approves, a motion will be made to compel the settlement," said district attorney Mitch Teitelbaum, who spoke on the matter Tuesday.
