Havana Comes to Sarasota's Servandos Next Month for Charity Gala Night

SARASOTA – Cuba comes to Sarasota on the evening of Friday, April 22, when Servandos holds 'Hot Havana Nights', a fashionable gala event to benefit the grant program of Designing Daughters of Sarasota.

 

 

The night will feature a surprise live music performance, salsa music, Cuban-style mojitos and hors d'oeuvres, and cigar rolling bars.

 

Designing Daughters is an organization consisting of well-connected young professional women whose stated goal is to give grants to local charities with almost no overhead. The organization's Facebook page states that its members "are well-connected in the community and have been very successful in forming strategic alliances and getting underwriters to cover the expenses for their events."
