Jean Jackson (Malone) passed away on March 7th,2025, in Clearwater, Florida.
Born on July 4th, 1939, in Dublin, Georgia. Jean embodied the warmth and kindness of a true Southern woman. Jean left Dublin and moved to Bradenton Florida. Throughout her life she carried herself with a grace and class, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Jean’s dedicated her career to helping others through Health and Human Services, demonstrating a deep commitment to the well being of those in need. Her compassionate nature and unwavering dedication made a meaningful impact on many lives. Jean’s true passion in her life was her family.
She is survived by her beloved sister Carol Bennet of Atlanta, Ga
Her loving husband Dick Jackson Brookesville, FL.
Her daughter Malone Fox of Seminole, FL, Her son Greg Fox of Brookesville FL. Daughter Melissa Fox from Deltona FL, and Daughter Krisi Campbell of North Platte, NE along with her husband Pete Campbell. Jean also leaves behind a cherished legacy through her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Robby Groover of Seminole Florida with his wife Jenn and their children Kennedy and Carter. Madison Fox, her wife Sarah and their daughter Noah, Lauren, Christian, and Mathew Fox, Cody Woods of Deltona Florida with his wife Stephanie and their daughter Ryley. Katie Woods of Knoxville, Tn. Mia, Pete, DJ, Parker, Aodhan, and Asher Campbell of North Platte, NE.
Jean was preceded in death by her first beloved husband David Fox, her eldest son David Fox, her parents Lucian Malone and Sara Black.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who have known her. Jeans kindness and generosity touched many lives and she will be deeply missed.
There will be a intimate ceremony to lay Jean’s ashes next to her son David’s grave in early May.
