Joseph David Miller, 95, of Bradenton, FL, passed away on November 11, 2023. He was born on November 19, 1927, in Bristol, CT, the son of Andrew P. Miller and Mary (May) V. Johnston. Joe was predeceased by his beloved wife Alice Jean (Krpata) and their son Scott Miller. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Mary, Andrew Jr., and Elizabeth. Joe proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps during World War II. His dedication and commitment to his military associations was unwavering. Following his discharge from the Marines, Joe pursued a career as an electrician for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. He enjoyed family gatherings and entertaining at their homes on the CT shore or on the CT River and in Bradenton, FL. Joe is survived by his daughter-in-law Eve (Etherington) Miller and his brother-in-law David Krpata. He also leaves his grandson Aaron Miller (Jackie) and great-grandchildren Landon and Liliana, his granddaughter Jillian Miller (Katie Stanley) and great-granddaughter Angelina DiGangi, and several nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his cherished group of friends
