Local Government Palmetto City Commission Agenda Results: August 3, 2015

PALMETTO — At Monday's Palmetto City Commission meeting, members voted to rezone two properties on 10th Avenue West, and surplused another property on 14th Street West. In other business, FDOT is still taking comment letters from the public about the light changes at U.S. 301 and Haben Blvd.

7. SURPLUS OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY (M. Barnebey) 

Surplus of property located at the 800 block of 14th Street West (AKA soccer fields) PID #2902000005 and #290180009.

Action Request: Motion to surplus the property known as PID #2902000005 and #2901800009. -- Approved, 4 -- 1, Cornwell dissenting

8.  TRAFFIC UPDATE -- FDOT is still taking comment letters from the public about the light changes at U.S. 301 and Haben Blvd.
