MANATEE COUNTY – The Palmetto City Commission will have a workshop and meeting on Monday, when it will select a Vice Mayor, as well as a CRA Board Chair and Vice Chair. The City of Bradenton announced on Tuesday, Jan. 6 that Wednesday's workshop has been canceled. The Manatee School Board will workshop on Thursday with a focus on the district's development of its bylaws. The BOCC will have a Land Use meeting on Thursday. (Correction: it was previously stated here that the school board's workshop was scheduled for Tuesday.)
