Manasota Fireworks Schedule

BRADENTON – Fireworks can be seen this evening at several locations in the Manasota area. In downtown Bradenton and Palmetto, there will be the annual Green Bridge fireworks extravaganza, while the Sandbar on Anna Maria Island will host its 30th annual fireworks show. The outcome of tonight's Marauders-Stone Crabs game will be followed by a fireworks display at McKechnie Field.

 
Downtown Sarasota
 
Time: 9 p.m.
 
Location: Marina Jack, 2 Marina Plaza, Sarasota
 
The skies above downtown Sarasota's Marina Jack will see big explosions, starting at 9 p.m.
 
 
Historic Green Bridge Fishing Pier
 
Time: 9 p.m.
 
Location: Multiple vantage points from riverfront locations in both Bradenton and Palmetto.
 
On the Palmetto side of the river, fireworks will be preceded by a 7 p.m. concert featuring Smash Mouth at nearby Sutton Park (6th Street West). Childrens' activities will also be on hand. McKechnie Field
 
Time: Following Bradenton Marauders baseball game
 
Location: McKechnie Field, 1611 9th Street West, Bradenton
 
McKechnie Field will have a fireworks display after the Marauders play the Charlotte Stone Crabs.
The game starts at 6:30. Gates open at 4:30, with a performance by the Gator Creek Band to follow. The event will also feature a kids zone. Tickets to the game are $6-10.
 

Sandbar Restaurant

Time: shortly after dusk (weather permitting)

Location: 100 Spring Ave, Anna Maria, FL 34216

The fireworks display can be watched from the beach; for dining options offered by the Chiles Restaurant Group, visit www.groupersandwich.com or call at (941) 778-0444. An annual fireworks display event at the Beach House, another Chiles restaurant, has been canceled for the second consecutive year due to nesting birds in the area.

 
Siesta Key Fireworks
 
Time: 9 p.m.
 
Location: Siesta Key Beach, 948 Beach Road, Sarasota
 
This year's fireworks bonanza on Siesta will be the beach's 26th.
