Glen Gibellina -- opined unfavorably as to the excessive amount of overtime billed to the county from firefighters; denounced the "ridiculous" interest rate being charged by FPL's chiller program; suggested the county give back the grant dollars given to the county by Homeland Security, and complained again about the low amount of surplus dollars coming from the auctioning off of county's surplus equipment.

Mr. Wheeler -- suggested the county hire someone to oversee the auctioning of county equipment.

Catherine Morningstar -- expressed extreme displeasure for the spending of $265,000 by the supervisor of elections for a special referendum election in June of 2013.

Morningstar also displayed the state statute on the controversial "Kill-Stick" animal services has been using. She said the county had no right in using one, and that she didn't want to hear about them using it again.
