Manatee County Land Use Meeting Agenda Results: May 5, 2016

BRADENTON – At Thursday's Land Use meeting, county commissioners voted to approve a 288-acre parcel development (parcel-35) that is the final phase of a Development of Regional Impact project that dates back to the year 2000. Among the many requested changes that resulted in neighborhood protest was applicants' request for the first commercial/retail construction within the DRI project.
