BRADENTON — At Thursday's Manatee County Planning Commission meeting, members voted to not recommend the Trevesta (Pennington Park) request to build 1,103 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The project is proposed on 441 acres located located south of Erie Road and east of I-75.
