BRADENTON — At Thursday's Manatee County Planning Commission meeting, commissioners recommended approval for a DRI Development order change, bringing the total residential units to a total of 4,683 in the Lakewood Center Development. Commissioners also recommended approval for rezoning of 84 +/- acres for a total of 99 =/- acres for 511 lots for a Planned Development Mixed Use Zoning.
