Military Spotlight: Local Vets Honored by National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution

BRADENTON - On December 28, a group of area veterans were recognized by the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution's Manatee County chapter.
 
Taking place at the Manatee Encore RV Resort, the event recognized 30 veterans.
 
The organization's local chapter is a partner in its initiative to mark the 50th anniversary of the United States' troop involvement in the Vietnam War.
