Grapevine Communications – the area’s leading full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency – named Art Director Lisa Grasso as the Employee of the Year during the company’s annual Christmas party. Grasso’s selection was announced by Grapevine Executive Vice President & Partner John Fain, who commended Grasso’s years of service to the company. “We are fortunate to have a highly creative team that has the chemistry to work well together and achieve
remarkable results for our clients,” said Angela Massaro-Fain, Founder and President of Grapevine Communications. “Lisa’s enthusiasm, exceptional work and enduring passion have helped make Grapevine Communications the flourishing, award-winning agency it is today."
Selection for the Employee of the Year was based on a range of criteria, including quality of work, knowledge of job requirements, willingness to assist others, and more. Each employee was graded by their peers, which resulted in Grasso receiving the highest marks in all categories. Along with the honor, Grasso received a cash reward and other gifts, in addition to her name permanently displayed on a plaque in the firm's front lobby.
Grasso graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. She began her tenure at Grapevine Communications as an intern from January 2006 through April of 2006. Grasso joined the company full-time as a designer in May 2006, and was promoted to Art Director in June 2010. “I am truly honored to be recognized as Grapevine’s Employee of the Year,” said Grasso. “I’m thankful to both Angela and John for creating an environment that fosters creativity, rewards hard work and encourages a healthy team effort!”
