LAKEWOOD RANCH — Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury homebuilder, recently welcomed Rob King, a veteran with more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales and development, to its team as an area sales manager.

King’s experience encompasses all aspects of land development, acquisitions, high-end luxury single-family homes, resort homes, multi-family product lines and commercial. In his new role, he will assist with sales strategy and planning, coaching for new home sales consultants and goal setting for the rapidly expanding luxury new home brand.

Prior to joining Neal Signature Homes, King held a variety of positions within the real estate industry, including director of sales and division president for area builders, vice president of sales for a large private Florida-based builder and special asset manager for the Resolution Trust Company (RTC). He is a licensed Florida real estate broker.
