LAKEWOOD RANCH — Nelson Homes, Inc., an independently owned and operated franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes, recently received top honors, including the 2015 Builder of the Year and Best Model – Private Collection Series for the homebuilder’s Ravenna model in The Lake Club, at the 24th annual Arthur Rutenberg Homes Pride in Partnership awards dinner.
Held at the Hilton Carillon Park Hotel in St. Petersburg, Fla. on June 17, Nelson Homes’ Ravenna model received praise for its location, specifications and furnishings while the company was honored for its first-class internal organization, aggressive and professional marketing and its satisfied customers who speak to the high quality of construction and service.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Nelson Homes has won the prestigious Model of the Year award. The Amalfi model won last year following the successful Bermuda and Marbella models.

The Lakewood Ranch-based builder had a sales volume of more than $26 million in 2014, with 22 homes sold at an average price of $1,184,000. To date, the builder has sold 14 homes, with a sales volume of $16,855,000 and an average price of $1,204,000.
The Pride in Partnership awards were presented to Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ franchisees and vendor partners who exhibited noteworthy performances during the past year.
