Movers and Shakers: Realtor Steve Buonanno Joins Coastline West Realty as Sales Associate

BRADENTON – Coastline West Realty of Florida is happy to announce that Steve Buonanno, REALTOR, has joined their Bradenton office as a Sales Associate.

Buonanno has been involved in Real Estate finance for over 30 years, and has worked for several global firms, including: Prudential, Barclays Bank, National City and Bear Stearns. He has extensive experience in Real Estate investments, property valuation, and mortgage financing.

Steve graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and earned his MS in Finance, specializing in Real Estate Finance, from the University of Baltimore.

Buonanno has also worked as an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida, teaching Portfolio Management. He has been a licensed Financial Advisor in Singapore, has formal training in Property Appraisals, and is currently a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida.

Steve is originally from Rochester, NY and has lived in Bradenton since 2012.
