BRADENTON -- There is an opening for a Bradenton representative on the
Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Citizens Advisory Committee. The committee provides the MPO input to the transportation and planning process of the local community from a citizen’s point of view. Committee members are selected to represent a cross section of the citizens of the Manatee-Sarasota region.
The term is for three years. Meetings are the first Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. at the MPO offices at Airport Commerce Center, 7632 15th St. E., Sarasota. Visit the MPO’s website for more information. Bradenton’s representative should live or conduct business in the City limits of Bradenton.
