BRADENTON – Bradenton Chief of Police Michael Radzilowski, Bradenton Police Department School Resource Officers, Manatee High students and school administrators recently unveiled the new markings that were placed on the patrol cars driven by BPD's School Resource Officers.

In August, a contest was held for students to participate in the creation of the design to be selected. Chief Radzilowski chose the design created by Manatee High School students Rachel Hodge, a senior, and Cathryn Hierak, a sophomore.

Both students received a $100 cash prize from the Chief for a job well done.
