New Primary Care Clinic to Open This Coming Week in Bradenton

BRADENTON – A new primary care clinic in Bradenton is set to start seeing patients on Tuesday, December 1. Located west of U.S. 41 on 14th Street West, the clinic intends to serve a large number of patients covered by Medicare Advantage.

A product of the partnership between JSA Medical Group and Humana Inc., the clinic will have its official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, December 8.

The JSA Medical Group-Bayshore clinic will follow the Total Care Model of all other JSA clinics. The model is designed to deliver desired health outcomes for patients through extensive coordination of primary care providers, specialists and professional staff.

In addition to providing primary care, the clinic is to have an activity center that will host seminars related to health and wellness, along with exercise classes and other activities at no cost to the patient.
