Tomorrow's weather will be sunny with a high of 65 and a zero percent chance of rain. England's doctors walk out of emergency wards in first-ever strike; The New Yorker does an expose on the torturing of mentally ill prisoners in Florida; the speaker of the Turkish parliament calls for religious constitution; Sec. of State Kerry condemns 'barbaric murder' of gay rights activist and U.S. Embassy worker in Bangladesh; a new study claims ravens are just as clever as chimps, despite smaller brains.
AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TAMPA BAY RUSKIN FL 1020 AM EST FRI APR 26 2016
UPDATE...
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS WELL OFF THE SOUTHEAST U.S. COAST
KEEPING A LOW LEVEL SOUTHEAST FLOW ACROSS THE REGION. MORNING TBW
SOUNDING DOES INDICATE SLIGHTLY MORE MOISTURE THAN YESTERDAY WITH
PRECIPTABLE WATER AROUND 1.25 INCHES...BUT WINDS IN THE MID AND
UPPER LEVELS ARE LIGHTER NOW THAT THE SHORTWAVE HAS MOVED EAST OF
THE REGION. THEREFORE...WITH DAYTIME HEATING WE SHOULD SEE THE SEA
BREEZES DEVELOP AND MOVE INLAND AND WITH JUST ENOUGH MOISTURE
THERE COULD BE SOME ISOLATED TO LOW END SCATTERED SHOWERS POP UP
DURING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANY CONVECTION THAT DOES
DEVELOP WILL NOT MOVE VERY MUCH AND GENERALLY DRIFT ALONG WITH THE
SEA BREEZES/OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES. OVERALL THE CURRENT GRIDS/ZONE
FORECAST LOOK OK AT THIS TIME AND NO MORNING UPDATE PLANNED.
