Upper energy and warm Gulf waters combining for active radar in the E Gulf and coastal areas this morning in moist and unstable southerly flow. Have updated and increased pops areawide with latest radar trends. Weak S steering flow to become more SW through the day to push convective activity more inland after noon. Additional cloud cover and rain areas to keep daytime temps around 90 degrees area wide.
