AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TAMPA BAY RUSKIN FL 10:05 AM EST FRI JULY 15 2016

DISCUSSION...
Similar to yesterday, it`s mostly clear this morning with only
some high cirrus clouds streaking across the area. Morning KTBW
RAOB sampled some drier air between 800-400 mb, this was well-
depicted by the models yesterday. This drier air will gradually
push west a bit but the moisture will be slow to recover. E/SE flow
is a bit stronger today compared to yesterday as seen on the
sounding with 20kts of wind at about 1kft. This will delay the
onset of the seabreeze until the 2-4 PM time frame and the onshore
intrusion of said seabreeze will be limited.
