Eleanor Cowan Todd, 90, Bradenton, died
November 18, 2015.
Born in Stamford, NY she moved to Ruskin in 1963 and
then to Manatee County in 1964. She was a graduate of St. Luke's
Hospital School of Nursing in New York, NY.
She retired from Manatee
Memorial Hospital where she was a Registered Nurse after 26 years. She
attended Palma Sola Presbyterian Church, was a member of the Retired
Registered Nurses Club of Bradenton, Daughters of the American
Revolution of New York State and Order of the Eastern
Star, Chapter 303 of Hobart, NY.
Predeceased by parents, James S. and
Mary (Wissinger) Cowan; husband, Charles C. Todd; sister, Marjorie C.
MacDonald; survived by brother, James H. Cowan of Bradenton, FL;
brother-in-law, Robert B. MacDonald of Bradenton, FL; nephews, Robert J.
MacDonald of Bradenton, FL, Todd C. MacDonald of Palmetto, FL and James
K. Cowan of Cobleskill, NY; niece, Darcy Cowan Grogan of Huntersville,
NC; 12 great nieces and nephews; 5 great-great nieces and nephews.
