Elizabeth C. Scott, 88, of Bradenton, formerly of Orangeburg, NY, passed away November 6, 2015.
She is predeceased by her husband, Harvey; her son, David; her parents, Ralph and Elizabeth Housman; brothers, Ralph and Donald Housman. She is survived by her daughter, Donna (George) Spagnola of Bradenton, FL; her daughter, Debra (Chuck) Watson of Denver, CO; her beloved grandson, Joshua (Sarah) Spagnola of Tallahassee, FL; along with her two beautiful great grandchildren, Jack and Eva. She is also survived by her sisters, Lois Kahler of GA, Joan Lafasciano of NY, Barbara Starkey of NY, Sally LeVee of VA; her brother Michael Housman of NJ.
Survivors include many other family members and friends, especially her much loved, closest friend, Jan Helwig, of Bradenton. A special thanks to the nursing staff at Brookdale of Palma Sola for their kindness and care.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 pm Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Brown and Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd St W, Bradenton, FL 34209.
Private interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
