Recess the meeting to open the CRA Board meeting.
Reconvene the City Commission meeting.
5. 23rd STREET REALIGNMENT UPDATE/BASEBALL FIELD UPDATE Terminating original contact, to make new contract. Until then will operate under temporary construction contract. Karen Windon from Manatee County returned info request, stating, Manatee County would maintain lot and supply port-o-lets. There is still realignments to do on 23rd. Street, and on10th. There was a consensus among commissioners to discus a joint effort in the recurring cost of legal fees and construction at Council of Governments with County Commissioners.
6. ASR WELL UPDATE -- Drawings 100% done, RIA ready for DEP, waiting on permit. Anticipating Jan. 2012
7. DEPARTMENT HEADS' COMMENTS City Clerk, Jim Freeman suggest the city should try and qualify for the safety grant again this year from Florida League Of Cities.
8. MAYOR’S REPORT Thanked Andrew Hanson for the Florida League Of Cities Insurance for $19,000 rebate check.

11. ADJOURNMENT
If any person desires to appeal any decision of the City Commission, CRA Board, or of any other Board of the City, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Fla. Stat. ¤286.0105).
