Political Op-Ed Proposal

Posted

I am Michael Stephen Levinson, the oldest living prophet on planet earth. My op-ed proposal is to join your newspaper’s editorial board, on-line, together with the editorial boards of all our local papers, nationwide, as your self-syndicated, exclusive National Correspondent.

I bring to this proposal experience in publishing free newspapers besides opinion writing. I have included essays for potential publication.

My purpose: increase all of the newspapers' readerships with original commentary. I intend on a couple opinion pieces for you to choose from in your email box every a.m., possibly an additional "Daily Bolt" editorial later in the day. I'm also amenable to engage in telephone conferences. Editorial conferences can be transcribed and released to AP. Posting news conferences or conferring via Zoom in social media may also generate increased readership and revenue for the papers.

Most of the sample opinion pieces included were written many months ago. I was born in 1941; same year as Bernie Sanders. I too, inherited a couple not-so-good arteries. I scheduled an angioplasty. Immediately following the procedure, I met a cardiologist who announced he was going to operate on me the next morning.

The cardiologist has a national reputation and he did an excellent open-heart triple-by-pass surgery that did however set this op-ed newspaper proposal back. After a couple months recovering from the by-pass surgery, my first day out on my electric bicycle I was broadsided by a pickup truck, another set- back from which I am finally better.

I'd like to see my opinion piece on George Floyd's murder, my "Police Reform by Executive Order“ solution for the next president to begin in your pages! Worldwide, people are marching in the streets for freedom and an end to police brutality in their neighborhoods.

My charge is $10 per article published, with buy-one-get-one during our first year. The stream of my Editorial / Opinion and Satire pieces, electronically presented could cost $5 weekly, my best deal $20.00 monthly. I'd like a three-month trial payable monthly. I’m worth every penny.

I visited every newspaper's website and read many of the historical, ”About us,“ sections. I'm considering a book: The Story of America's Local Newspapers. I'm starting the project with this initial submission to all the papers.

The lesson from many of the papers' beginning issues was the broadside, breaking the papers' formats. I recollect in one of the papers the early publisher broadsided his run for mayor.

Regardless, here is a most important separate proposal for you. Freedom of the Press is our constitutional guarantee! I can draft a letter for all the local newspapers I've submitted to, for you to edit and send along to your Senators and your Congress person, telling them (your) newspaper doesn't want free money payroll loans from the federal government.

We want an Act of Congress guarantee, giving all our local newspapers a four-page section in every issue devoted to Help Wanted Ads generated from federal agencies and all their in-house departments.

We want the government agencies' ads included in our every issue, guaranteed by The Act of Congress, to financially protect our constitutionally guaranteed Freedom of the Press.

That Act of Congress should pass because every Congress person has at least one newspaper in their districts. All of our local newspapers will be financially enhanced, empowered to survive in the virus's marketplace of ideas!

Find below original Opinion pieces of various lengths easily edited where length is an issue.

The essay Follow the Money is focused on Trump's having embezzled one billion dollars from our government. The real issue behind this is our national newspapers. I hold the N.Y. Times, et, al have known all about Trump's embezzlement but are scared to expose it. With ”“Follow the Money“ in 1700 local newspapers, Trump's threats will not wash. Can 1700 newspapers share a Pulitzer Prize?

Truth of Trump Exposed, upon publication will be instantly picked up by Associated Press, and the ”Truth“ shall be reprinted or quoted from worldwide. Trump was sexually abused by five seniors at military boarding school when he was thirteen years old. Raped. That horrific event turned Trump into the boring blowhard he became. Don't forget to sign my name.

I had an opinion-pieces email from a prominent NYTimes reporter inquiring, about Truth of Trump, did I have a source. I answered that my source cannot be revealed but the NYTimes reporter is welcome to obtain the list of people who attended the military boarding school when Trump was there. Find retirees living in Florida. When you knock on his door the retiree will adamantly refuse to talk, point out what the reporter wants to talk about was decades ago, he's the president today and get off my property.

Donald John Trump knows who I am. Recollect when campaigning for election in 2015-6 he
