BRADENTON – At Tuesday's meeting, the Manatee School Board voted to accept the resignation of former Manatee High Assistant Principal Matthew Kane, and again tabled voting on approval of terminating Greg Faller. In other business, the board voted to approve reimbursement of attorney fees incurred by board member Bob Gause related to allegations of ethics violations from which no probable cause had been found by an ethics committee, and engaged in a lengthy discussion on providing similar reimbursements for board member Dave Miner.
