Schools and Education Manatee Schools Have Different Release Times This Year

BRADENTON -- School is back! Teachers return to class Tuesday, August 14, while students go back Monday, August 20. Start and End Times for Manatee District Schools are different this year than recent years. During the last six years, Manatee District Schools used a Modified Instructional Week with longer school days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – and a shorter school day on Wednesdays.

This school year, Manatee District Schools will return to a traditional schedule with the same start and end times Monday through Friday -- see below. Click here for this year's complete school calendar.
