BRADENTON — Starting on Monday, State College of Florida will hold seminars about its two-year Associate in Science Nursing Program as well as its TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) Entrance Exam, an ASN application requirement for the nursing program.
The nursing seminars will give information on prerequisites and applying for the nursing program, as well as requirements to be met after the program has begun for students.
The TEAS seminars begin after the nursing seminars end. A full list of seminar days, times and locations are below. For more information, go to scf.edu/nursing or contact the ASN Department Secretary at 941-752-5209.
· Aug. 3: noon at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., Building 29, Room 106
· Aug. 4: 5 p.m. at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway E., MTSC Building, Room 205
· Aug. 6: noon at SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail, Building 800, Room 852
· Sept. 10: 11 a.m. at SCF Lakewood Ranch, MTSC, Room 205
· Sept. 22: 11 a.m. at SCF Bradenton, Building 29, Room 157
· Sept. 29: 5 p.m. at SCF Venice, Building 800, Room 852
