Stone Crabs Stomp Marauders 6-1

PORT CHARLOTTE – Nathan Adcock has emerged to become the Marauder's ace on the mound, but he had a tough go of it last night in Port Charlotte, giving up 6 runs on 8 hits, in 5 1/3 innings work, falling to a still impressive 7-3. The Marauder bats were quiet again, spreading 5 hits thinly enough to score only a single run, as they fell by a score of 6-1.

This sets up an important game tonight at McKechnie, as Palm Beach has pulled ahead by one game in the second half standings.
