BRADENTON — It will be a busy week in local government. On Monday, the Palmetto City Commission will hold a workshop and regular meeting. On Tuesday, the Manatee County Commission, the Manatee Port Authority, and the Manatee School Board will each be in session. Tuesday evening the Manatee County Commission will hold its first public budget hearing. The Bradenton City Council will meet for a regular meeting on Wednesday and the Manatee Planning Commission has a meeting scheduled on Thursday.
