MANATEE COUNTY – The Palmetto City Commission will have a workshop then meeting on Monday. The BOCC will hold two workshops on Tuesday with the first on healthcare. The second workshop will contain three parts: a joint session with the Planning Commission on urban corridors and future Land Development Code amendments; a discussion on pet stores and 'puppy mills'; and another discussion on the Southwest County Improvement District. The Bradenton City Council will hold a final meeting on the 2015-16 budget Wednesday, and the Manatee Port Authority will meet Thursday.
