Born in W.V., Wayne was the cherished son of Martha Louise Harris. He is survived by his loving family: his devoted mother, Martha Louise Harris, his sister, Kathryn E. Harris, and his brother, David A. Harris. His memory will be forever cherished by them and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Wayne was known for his dedication to his work and his love for the outdoors. His calm demeanor and thoughtful nature were a source of comfort and inspiration to all.
